(Air-Conditioning & Solar Water Heater, Instalment and Maintenance solar panel parts required fundation understanding of electric technician)

• Nationality: Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, or Myanmar

• Language Skills: Good English required; some Cantonese preferred

• Monthly Salary: MOP 8,200 + MOP 500 accommodation allowance (Total MOP 8,700)

Work Details

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

• Monthly Days Off: 7 days per month (1 day off per week, arranged by the employer)

• Housing Allowance / Accommodation: MOP 500 accommodation allowance provided (no company dormitory)

• Food Allowance: No meals or food allowance provided

• Contract Period: 12 months (renewable subject to mutual agreement)

• Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and replacement of split-type air-conditioning units (replace entire unit when faulty – no component-level repair required)

• Repair and maintain hotel solar water heater systems and their controllers

• Carry out general electrical appliance repairs in the hotel

• Perform electrical wiring and installation in compliance with safety standards and specifications

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently

Additional Requirements

• Neat and clean appearance, clean image, no visible tattoos

• Physically fit and in good health

• Non-smoker preferred

• Hardworking, diligent, proactive, and fully obedient to supervisor's instructions• Positive attitude: “Speak less, do more” work style highly appreciated
