Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Female Front Desk Remittance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling remittance transactions, providing customer service at the front desk, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process remittance transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Provide courteous and professional customer service.
· Handle front desk inquiries and assist clients with remittance-related procedures.
· Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
· Perform basic computer operations and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
· Female, aged 35 or below.
· Fluent in spoken Cantonese.
· Proficient in basic computer operations.
· No criminal record.
· Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
· Prior experience in remittance, banking, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Conditions:
· 8 hours per day, according to schedule.
· 4 days off per month.
· Work locations: Taipa or Areia Preta, Macau.
Salary & Benefits:
· Monthly Salary: MOP $7,500.
· Accommodation Allowance: MOP $500.
· Other benefits and entitlements in accordance with the Macau Labor Bureau regulations.
